张国青 副教授

光电子器件理论与技术,重点为光电探测器件的研制,理论、实验与应用等。
工作简历:
2006.7毕业于北京师范大学物理系,获学士学位。2006.9-2011.7月在北京师范大学核科学与技术学院硕博连读, 获理学博士学位,专业是凝聚态物理学, 2011年入职西安工程大学担任讲师,2012年担任应用物理教研室秘书,2013年起担任微电子教研室副主任。2013年遴选为硕士生导师,同年晋升为副教授。
